Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish a safe, supportive environment for clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and non-judgmental attitudes toward clients' experiences, fostering a productive therapeutic relationship.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for effectively managing caseloads and related administrative responsibilities.
