Strategic Partner Manager, Pro Accounting

Gusto is hiring a Partner Manager to drive strategy and growth for a portfolio of major accounting firm partners in a hybrid, US-based role. You’ll maintain and expand revenue within firms, pitch growth opportunities, and coordinate with product, design, and engineering to shape the Gusto Pro roadmap. You’ll manage end-to-end renewals and upsells, lead QBRs, and build detailed account plans.
