Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any required adjustments to treatment plans, ultimately guiding them to appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs.
\n
• Keep thorough and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client in line with regulatory standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and suitability for services.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, offering supportive and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices in therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is necessary.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including computer systems like Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to earn an annual salary between USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. We operate on a fee-for-service model, offering guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, which ensures no wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
