Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting concrete goals and measurable interventions that are aligned with clients' needs and preferences.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all facets of a client's health and well-being are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, devising safety plans to manage immediate emotional and psychological threats.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation workshops that equip clients and their families with coping strategies and psychological resilience.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal requirements to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and training programs to stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families within the hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
