This role operates within a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible scheduling during standard business hours, specifically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences, offering clear strategies for intervention and support.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring fidelity to established protocols.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices, enhancing overall understanding and coping strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress, utilizing progress notes and measurable outcomes to adapt treatment plans as necessary and document changes in therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians to ensure a holistic approach to care, sharing insights and recommendations for medication management when applicable.

• Research and stay informed about the latest developments in the treatment of mood disorders, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice to continuously enhance treatment quality.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops aimed at refining clinical skills and strengthening collaborative practices.

This position primarily focuses on individuals experiencing mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Skills: Expertise in evidence-based practices for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT, along with a strong understanding of psychopharmacology.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
