Our outpatient office operates from Monday through Saturday, providing a flexible schedule that enables mental health professionals to balance their work and personal life effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing your clinical skills to triage care effectively based on client needs.

• Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately, ensuring timely and ethical completion of documentation as required by departmental standards.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary communication with team members regarding treatment interventions, facilitating collaborative care through discussions and patient rounds.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, which includes coordination and consultation with hospital staff, community professionals, and programs to ensure comprehensive treatment solutions.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to help patients develop coping strategies and achieve their individualized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet varied client needs, ensuring that each individual receives thoughtful and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW from the State of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Willingness to commit to working 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week or more, depending on availability and client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in conducting psychosocial assessments, formulating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions is preferred. Familiarity with treatment modalities such as CBT, as well as proficiency in case management practices, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
