Key Responsibilities\n

  • Design and implement personalized treatment interventions based on initial evaluations, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR tailored to individual client needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop actionable treatment plans and therapeutic goals, assessing progress regularly to ensure the effectiveness of prescribed strategies.

  • Provide psychotherapy sessions in an engaging manner, leveraging both in-person (when applicable) and telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility to all clients.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including initial assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to relevant state regulations and ethical guidelines.

  • Foster an open, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment that encourages clients to share their experiences and challenges, thereby building a strong therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role encompasses working with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to adapt treatment methodologies to meet the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each client will be key to their therapeutic journey.

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

  • Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid mental health licensure in Washington state, such as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
