Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing secure video conferencing technology to facilitate therapeutic interactions.

• Assess each client’s mental health status through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, developing tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Provide guidance and coping strategies to clients, helping them develop resilience and navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHRs) that document client progress, treatment plans, and any necessary follow-up actions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for your clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about advancements in mental health treatment and participating in workshops and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that spans children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience providing mental health services to clients across various demographics.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and technology for effective remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n
