Daily Responsibilities: Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation Oversee scratch cooking in the kitchen Manage back of house operations Handle food preparation, handling, and sanitation Manage restaurant operations efficiently Required Skills: Experience in restaurant management Knowledge of food management Strong cooking skills Ability to maintain food safety standards (ServSafe Certified) Experience in cost management, ordering, and staffing Nice to Have Skills: Experience in interviewing and purchasing Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually. Company Information: Antica Posta is a Tuscan restaurant located in Buckhead, Atlanta, offering authentic Italian cuisine including homemade pastas, signature meat and fish dishes, and delectable appetizers. The restaurant provides catering services for various events, such as birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and weddings, ensuring a customizable experience.
