Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  Providing direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders, utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies tailored to their unique needs.

  Implementing and managing integrated care plans that include client assessments, access to services, and essential follow-up, while exchanging information with relevant stakeholders, including families and other providers.

  Managing a dynamic caseload of clients and providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring treatment aligns with their presenting problems and personal goals.

  Responding to crises and facilitating interventions as the situation demands, while maintaining a safe environment for both clients and the community.

  Documenting assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in a timely manner to support data-driven decision-making and continuous quality improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals from under-resourced backgrounds, including those experiencing homelessness, economic hardship, or cultural barriers to accessing care. You will engage with a range of mental health concerns while embracing diversity in traditions and beliefs, providing empathetic and culturally competent care within our telehealth framework.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
