Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting your therapeutic techniques based on documented progress and feedback.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Attend ongoing professional development workshops and stay current with mental health research to enhance the quality of therapy offered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
