Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual therapy sessions via video conference, maintaining professionalism and empathy with each client.

• Utilize solution-focused therapy methods to help clients navigate their unique mental health challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring their specific needs and goals are addressed.

• Facilitate discussions that foster insights into clients’ emotions, experiences, and relationships.

• Monitor clients' progress against their treatment plan, adjusting strategies as needed to promote effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Our clients present with various issues such as anxiety, mild depression, life adjustments, and other common psychological challenges. Your expertise will be essential in helping them develop skills that improve their quality of life and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be considered.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
\n
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not required.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities to cater to diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. In addition, we offer a lucrative sign-on bonus, which reflects our commitment to bringing top talent into our organization.
