Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the client's needs, symptoms, and history.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment as needed.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to increase accessibility for clients who prefer virtual therapy or have mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest in mental health practices and client care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
