Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mental health care through weekly live video sessions with adult clients, utilizing therapeutic techniques suited to their needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow counselors and psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans and share insights on client progress.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress monitoring tools to adjust treatment strategies and enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing team consultations and obtain support to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily provide counseling to individual adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological concerns. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential; however, a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted professional license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited/provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and treatment recommendations with strong decision-making skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are crucial for effective client engagement.

• Proficiency in computer systems and digital communication platforms for teletherapy.
