Work Environment

Our facility is a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in the beautiful coastal region of Fort Myers Beach. Working onsite, the Orthopedic Physical Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure integrated patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of orthopedic patients, analyzing their functional limitations and disabilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize best practices to implement treatment regimens, continually assessing patient progress and modifying plans as necessary based on clinical findings.
• Provide expert consultation services to healthcare providers regarding patient care pathways, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Engage actively with patients of diverse backgrounds, adhering to our exemplary customer service standards while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Document all patient interactions, evaluation results, treatment approaches, and outcomes in compliance with applicable regulations and facility protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will predominantly work with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.

• Current certification in CPR, ensuring readiness for any emergency situations within patient care.
