Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture positive rapport with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Conduct thorough assessments, both in person and via telehealth, to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and determine appropriate interventions.
• Design and implement integrated care plans that facilitate seamless coordination of services among interdisciplinary teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved in the treatment process.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive treatment options, including crisis intervention strategies, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in quality improvement committees and adopting new methodologies that enhance service delivery.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of children, adolescents, and young adults within school settings. Many clients may be experiencing significant mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and other emotional disturbances that affect their academic performance and overall well-being. Your role will not only focus on therapeutic interventions but also on empowering clients and their families through education and resource connection.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong organizational skills to manage case loads and documentation without compromising care quality.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
