Our detox center prioritizes a compassionate approach, where you will engage with clients in their recovery journey from the comfort of their own homes or designated treatment areas.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health and behavioral health needs to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to manage challenging behaviors, ensuring a safe and effective treatment environment.
• Designing and facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client engagement and progress.
• Educating and empowering families through psychoeducation, providing them with tools and strategies to encourage healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations and organizational standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for efficient tracking and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Clinical Social Worker at Lifescapes Counseling, you will primarily work with individuals who are facing challenges related to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health care, with a focus on addiction services preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in organizational and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

At Lifescapes Counseling, we offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
