Sales Manager, Mid-Market - Lending

Manager, Sales – Auto & Personal Lending Responsibilities Lead a team of Account Executives, developing strategy around the auto and personal lending market. Own and manage a healthy pipeline by setting prospecting standards, monitoring funnel conversion metrics, and ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage. Drive consistent attainment of team sales targets by removing obstacles and ensuring disciplined execution across the full sales cycle. Provide oversight and approval on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract terms. Deliver market insights to inform go‑to‑market strategies and influence product positioning. Establish high‑level relationships with C‑level executives, decision makers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with business development, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on demand generation, messaging, and onboarding. Work closely with the Partnership Team to deepen partner relationships and support joint go‑to‑market initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership or management role selling technology solutions to auto and personal lenders. Strong understanding of lending operations, servicing workflows, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations within financial institutions. Tech‑savvy with a strong grasp of modern sales tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and market research methodologies. Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams to refine strategy and execution. Active involvement in the lending industry, including attendance at trade shows, familiarity with key publications, and engagement with industry consultants. Strong understanding of prospecting processes and demonstrated familiarity with modern prospecting tools and best practices to drive pipeline generation. Annual Salary Range
$140,000 - $150,000 USD
