Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to determine clients' mental health status and establish rapport.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Engage in regular one-on-one and group sessions with clients to provide ongoing support and therapeutic interventions.

• Equip clients with coping strategies, life skills, and resources to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and other specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges. These include, but are not limited to, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your cultural competence and understanding of various backgrounds will be instrumental in providing tailored support that resonates with each client's unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
