Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Deliver individualized counseling tailored to the unique needs of clients, specifically focusing on women aged 35-55. Address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and effective stress management strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide your practice.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring privacy, and maintaining a comfortable space for open dialogue during these interactions.

• Monitor Client Progress: Keep detailed records of client progress, regularly assess treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plans to optimize client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on female clients aged 35-55, who may face various life transitions and mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through these periods, using your expertise to help them regain stability and peace in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, meeting the educational requirements for LPCC licensure.

• Active LPCC license in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in clinical counseling, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
