Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing structured tools and interviews to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective care for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including detailed progress notes and assessment results, adhering to ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring that clients receive holistic and comprehensive support.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
