Key Responsibilities\n

You will play a crucial role in conducting therapy sessions both with couples together and with individuals separately. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing client needs through comprehensive evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions that address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to promote positive outcomes for clients, focusing on both individual and family dynamics.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Path, your work will encompass a wide range of client concerns, including but not limited to:

• Addressing family member conflicts and sibling disputes.
\n
• Supporting blended families in navigating challenges associated with remarriage.

• Facilitating communication and relationship-building among family members.
\n
• Assisting clients in coping with medical issues and job-related stress.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
