Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage with clients in a range of therapy settings, including couple's sessions and individual therapy. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on improving communication and resolving conflicts.
\n
• Providing clinical interventions for a variety of issues including family conflicts, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blending families, and adjustment challenges.
\n
• Collaborating with fellow therapists to ensure integrated care and sharing best practices in treatment approaches.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families facing a spectrum of challenges, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
