Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide both individual and couple's therapy, addressing a variety of familial and relationship dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities to encourage open communication and conflict resolution.

• Providing individual counseling that addresses personal challenges and promotes emotional growth.

• Managing cases involving issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and more.

• Documenting progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols and documentation standards.

• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure holistic treatment for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role requires a focus on a diverse population, including adults and adolescents, often facing challenges related to family dynamics and mental health issues. Therapists will work with clients dealing with complex situations such as separation and divorce, blended family integration, and communication dysfunction within family units. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
