Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, employing assessment tools to identify needs and goals.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions targeting a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct couples therapy sessions focusing on enhancing communication, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and improving relational dynamics.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients undergoing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating readiness to address urgent needs promptly.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and therapeutic modalities in marriage and family therapy, participating in ongoing training and professional development.

• Advocate for clients' rights and well-being, empowering them to make informed choices about their treatment and encouraging engagement in self-care practices.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to coordinate care and support clients' multifaceted needs.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples, each presenting unique challenges and concerns. By employing evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach, you will support clients in navigating life transitions, relationship issues, and emotional distress, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong skills in conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a proven capacity to maintain professional client relationships.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to individuals and couples, preferably in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
