Work Environment\n

As a telehealth therapist, you will work from the comfort of your home while utilizing our advanced telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions. This flexible work setting allows for a balanced lifestyle while maintaining a strong connection with patients. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will mainly work with adult and adolescent patients facing complex mental health issues, particularly those with co-occurring disorders such as chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and substance use disorders. This patient population requires heightened awareness of how physical health ailments intersect with mental health, necessitating a compassionate and informed approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Strong capability in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical issues.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting, particularly involving integrated care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
