Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, identifying their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of techniques including hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, stretching maneuvers, and specialized equipment to promote pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, self-care strategies, and the effective use of assistive devices as necessary.
• Provide training to caregivers, family members, and healthcare team personnel to ensure continuity of care and safety in therapeutic activities.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and engaging in continuous education initiatives.
