As a Physical Therapist at Muscle Mastery, you will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include:

• Directing individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability and relieving pain, while developing and improving muscle function.
• Overseeing and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure adherence to the treatment plans and high standards of patient care.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' functional capabilities through a variety of diagnostic tests involving muscles, nerves, joints, and overall functional abilities.
• Assessing clients' home environments to make informed recommendations that enhance their independence and quality of life.
• Delivering prescribed physical therapy services in an effective and compassionate manner, including administering manual therapy techniques such as traction and massage.
• Evaluating and fitting clients with appropriate prosthetic and orthotic devices, while collaborating with physicians for modifications when necessary.
• Actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the development and revision of care plans based on observed patient responses and progress.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Providing education and training to clients and their families regarding the use and maintenance of physical therapy devices.
• Completing other assigned duties as required to meet the organization's goals and enhance client care.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current PT licensure in good standing within the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification to ensure the safety of patients at all times.
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance to facilitate travel as needed.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
