Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to determine their specific needs, priorities, and therapy goals.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and focus on fostering positive behavioral and emotional changes.
• Utilizing a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused techniques, to effectively inspire client growth and improvement.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records and transaction logs to document session insights, treatment progression, and ongoing evaluations in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits
