Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and establish personalized treatment plans, focusing on psychotherapy and crisis intervention.

• Offer advocacy for clients by helping them connect with community resources and support services that foster their overall well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients develop coping strategies.

• Work closely with educators, school counselors, and other relevant stakeholders to develop programs that support emotional health in the school environment.

• Engage actively in community outreach, building partnerships to expand referral networks and enhance client resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of children and adolescents facing behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial challenges. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the distinct needs of each client, considering factors such as developmental stages, cultural backgrounds, and individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on outpatient mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Motion Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include monthly productivity bonuses, professional development opportunities, team supervision, a flexible work schedule, paid time off and sick leave, and dependent care accounts.
