Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate mental health services with case managers, families, and various staff, including school and medical personnel, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate actively in all clinical staff meetings and trainings to enhance skills and share knowledge among peers.
\n

• Develop and implement detailed individualized treatment plans that take into consideration clients’ developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Conduct thorough evaluations for mental health diagnoses, create and execute effective treatment plans, and maintain meticulous documentation, including diagnosis updates and treatment plan revisions, in line with company policy.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse and dynamic healthcare team to tailor mental health services that effectively meet the community's diverse needs.

• Employ creative and evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving personal and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain individual session documentation per established company guidelines, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health services to a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. By embracing inclusivity and understanding the unique needs of each client, you will play a critical role in promoting their mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
\n
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
\n
• Capability to produce timely documentation of services in adherence to operational guidelines.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of maintaining appropriate boundaries while building rapport with clients.

• A commitment to supporting a diverse clientele with sensitivity and understanding.
\n
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with company policies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a community healthcare setting is highly valued.
