Work Environment\n

This position operates fully remotely, allowing flexibility and convenience for both you and your clients. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and equipped with the latest technology to enhance client engagement. You will work alongside a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while providing exemplary care. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to manage your professional responsibilities while taking care of your personal needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, identifying mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing clinical software for effective record-keeping.
\n
• Engage with clients through regular telehealth sessions to track progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care and integrate their treatment plans with physical health services.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share best practices, and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support. This includes individuals facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for clients, where they can discuss their challenges freely and work towards their mental health goals. The telehealth format allows you to connect with clients across California, ensuring that those in underserved areas have access to quality mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting with proven expertise in delivering evidence-based therapy.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites and various clinical software for therapy management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth modalities and familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
