This full-time remote position will allow you to make a significant impact on the mental health and well-being of our clients while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work setting. As an LCSW, you will engage in therapeutic practices and interventions, delivering high-quality care to a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families.

Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility in your work schedule, allowing you to choose between a 4x10 or 5x8 shift within our core operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to a variety of client groups including individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to gather social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate and treat behavioral and emotional issues, apply therapeutic techniques, and facilitate cognitive-behavioral interventions to support clients' mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring they are responsive to clients' evolving needs and goals.
\n
• Establish strong therapeutic alliances rooted in trust, empathy, and respect to foster client engagement and openness.
\n
• Monitor the effectiveness of treatment interventions through ongoing assessments and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in compliance with established protocols, including assessment results and treatment progress.

• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring comprehensive case management, offering consultations, referrals, and coordination with community resources as needed.

• Remain informed about best practices in mental health therapy and engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.

• Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our clinical team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Marriage and Family Wellness Hub primarily serves a diverse population, including adults, families, and adolescents challenged by various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, and relationship conflicts. Your clinical expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through their challenges while providing culturally sensitive care that respects their backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
\n
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work or mental health counseling is essential.

• Knowledge and experience in family therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral mental health treatments are necessary.

• Experience working with a wide variety of mental health challenges, particularly those affecting families and relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, this position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
