This role offers the flexibility and convenience of a fully remote work setting through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations with clients to determine their mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to individual client issues.

• Regularly meet with clients utilizing telehealth platforms, providing them with practical tools and coping strategies to address their challenges.

• Document client progress meticulously in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates for multidisciplinary team reviews.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive practices and ensure a supportive, inclusive environment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care and facilitate referrals as needed.

• Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and participate in regular professional training and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients who may be coping with issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your role will require an understanding of various cultural, social, and economic factors that influence mental health, allowing you to provide culturally competent care that honors the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
\n
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders and a strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Competency in crisis intervention and the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster a trusting and supportive rapport with clients.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
