Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and mental health assessments to accurately diagnose client issues and establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual or family’s unique needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

• Prepare and document session notes, update treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, and educators to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving their personal and familial goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients while advocating for mental health awareness and community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role encompasses working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will engage with clients facing various challenges, such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Understanding the unique dynamics and cultural backgrounds of each client will be essential in tailoring effective therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
