Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique experiences, challenges, and strengths.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy with a focus on cultural competence.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
