Work Environment\n

As a remote organization, Family Radiance Counseling promotes a flexible work setting, allowing Social Workers to manage their schedules while maintaining essential client interactions. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend commitments based on client needs. The position also requires on-call availability to handle urgent situations or provide support outside of regular hours, ensuring that clients receive continuous care tailored to their individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of psychosocial needs, considering emotional, mental, and social factors to develop age-appropriate care plans.

• Deliver counseling and emotional support to seniors and their families, guiding them through life transitions such as relocation, loss of independence, or health challenges.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, helping them navigate access to community resources and ensuring they receive adequate support services.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including caregivers and nurses, to enhance care coordination and implement individualized plans.

• Regularly visit clients to monitor their well-being, assess their living conditions, and proactively address any emerging concerns or safety issues.

• Facilitate family communication and conflict resolution to ensure cohesive care strategies for clients.

• Educate seniors and their families about available community resources, including support groups and social engagement programs, to enhance their social interaction and overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate and updated documentation of client interactions, assessments, and care plans in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

• Stay informed on current best practices, social work policies, and regulations to ensure exemplary service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
