Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients experiencing low acuity mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect your clinical judgment, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage clients through various communication methods including audio and video sessions, as well as written correspondence through online journals and goal setting frameworks.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes based on set therapeutic goals.

• Participate in regular training sessions and peer consultation opportunities to develop professional skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include stable adults dealing with a range of mild to moderate mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), grief counseling, and relationship issues. Importantly, the platform does not host children or severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on providing the highest quality care to a demographic you are passionate about supporting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and valid license as a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD in the state of Washington.

• Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate digital tools effectively; a reliable internet connection, and a working computer or laptop are required (tablets not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
