Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing flexibility in your work setting while ensuring that you remain connected to a dedicated team. Our organization operates Monday through Saturday, accommodating a variety of scheduling preferences. We provide in-house credentialing, manage insurance participation, and streamline scheduling processes, thus allowing counselors to focus primarily on delivering high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, enabling tailored interventions based on client-specific needs.

• Facilitate effective communication with team members and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans, goals, and client progress through documentation and team meetings, such as patient rounds.

• Provide ethical and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and practice guidelines.

• Deliver targeted clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support the development of personalized service plans for clients.

• Maintain case management responsibilities by collaborating with community resources, therapists, and healthcare providers to optimize care for assigned patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Mental Health Counselors serve a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to older adults, each experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The holistic approach employed by our counselors not only addresses mental health concerns but also considers the physical, educational, and social contexts of the clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
