Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide regular weekly supervision to practicum students engaged in clinical licensure or currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s program, offering guidance and support as they navigate their practical training.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client population.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance the overall treatment experience and connect clients to additional support as needed.

• Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of treatment plans, working closely with clients to adapt these plans as they progress in their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all information is accessible for ongoing care and evaluation.

• Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in the field of therapy, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brilliant Hope Recovery Center, you will primarily work with a diverse outpatient clientele, including individuals of various ages, couples seeking to improve their relational dynamics, and families navigating challenges together. Your role in promoting mental health and guiding these unique clients through their varied journeys will be both impactful and rewarding.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field.

• A valid state license such as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
