Work Environment

This part-time position is fully remote, providing the convenience of working from your preferred location while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Our telehealth setting utilizes an all-in-one digital platform, which allows you to manage client interactions seamlessly—through video calls, audio messages, journal entries, and clinical worksheets. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and deliver therapy sessions to clients using a range of digital communication tools.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices, utilizing your expertise to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients about coping strategies, mindfulness techniques, and resources to manage various mental health concerns.
• Maintain organized documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, and progress within the telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular peer consultation and supervision, enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Participate in marketing efforts by optimizing your personal profile on the telehealth platform, allowing clients to find and connect with you based on expertise and availability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with low-acuity adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Each client is pre-screened to ensure suitability for telehealth services, providing you with a focused clientele that aligns with your expertise. This patient demographic allows you to apply therapeutic strategies effectively in a manageable caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full Independent LPCC license with no disciplinary actions.
• Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and utilize a computer (PC or laptop, no tablets) for telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various digital tools for therapy delivery, including video conferencing and interactive platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment with minimal supervision.
