Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and collect detailed patient medical histories to accurately assess patient health.
• Diagnose and develop treatment strategies for various acute and chronic pain conditions, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their needs.
• Implement and oversee effective treatment plans using holistic and evidence-based approaches to pain management.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests to aid in the ongoing evaluation of patient progress.
• Educate patients on effective disease prevention, self-management techniques, and lifestyle modifications to improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care, exchange critical information, and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records, complying with all regulatory and ethical standards in documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Nurse Practitioner at Cityscape Healthcare Center, you will primarily serve a diverse group of patients, including children and adolescents, many of whom deal with complex pain syndromes related to both physical and psychological components. Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• A current Registered Nurse Licensure in New York.
• Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner Certification.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
