Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office located in the heart of Alexandria, Virginia, a vibrant community known for its rich history and access to various recreational activities. The work schedule predominately runs from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for weekend availability as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary patient care teams by actively participating in evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of care protocols.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring alignment with each patient's goals and progress.
• Utilize a range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, while adhering to the best practices within the scope of physical therapy.
• Provide patient and family education about treatment options, injury prevention, and wellness strategies to promote ongoing health and recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes and enhance quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with active individuals seeking rehabilitation from sports-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Current physical therapy licensure in the State of Virginia.
• CPR certification must be maintained throughout employment.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
