Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status during initial consultations to inform treatment plans and strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment goals, helping them navigate their mental health challenges through tailored therapy sessions.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are both effective and aligned with clients’ objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who have been pre-screened for therapy, allowing you to concentrate on delivering targeted and effective care. Given that the clients are generally stable and have low acuity needs, you can devote your energy to facilitating profound therapeutic relationships, promoting recovery, and supporting long-term wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.

• Possess a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach that empowers clients through their mental health journeys.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for the effective management of caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
