Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic guidance and interventions to promote the emotional, mental, and behavioral health of patients.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, including diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations, to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate brief but impactful intervention sessions tailored to meet individual patient needs.
\n
• Engage in ongoing monitoring and follow-up to gauge patient progress and make timely adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers to identify patients who require mental health services beyond primary care.

• Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive clinical records in compliance with organizational standards.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies and support patients in achieving stable mental health functioning.

• Educate patients on self-management skills and offer resources to enhance their recovery journey.

• Contribute to program evaluation by providing insights on the effectiveness and outcomes of behavioral health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensure in Texas.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct effective virtual counseling sessions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document patient progress and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
