Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Assessments: Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will engage clients in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. Regularly review and update treatment plans as needed to reflect client progress.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
