Joint Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Manassas, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, which boasts state-of-the-art equipment and technology designed to support advanced therapeutic modalities. You will work closely with colleagues including physical therapists, exercise physiologists, and rehabilitation specialists, all committed to fostering an environment of collaboration and mutual support. The standard work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, offering a positive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and develop customized care plans that address their specific goals and needs.
• Administer individualized treatment sessions, focusing on enhancing mobility through innovative physical therapy techniques.
• Utilize a variety of cost-effective treatment modalities that emphasize non-surgical solutions and reduce medication reliance.
• Incorporate advanced manual therapy techniques, exercise programming, and therapeutic modalities into patient care.
• Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adapt care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically Web PT.
• Engage with patients to motivate and encourage them throughout their rehabilitation journey, reinforcing healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers in creating an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters primarily to outpatient clients seeking to recover from orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. You will focus on providing evidence-based interventions that cater to the unique abilities and goals of each individual, promoting not just recovery but a return to an active, healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred.
• Ability to utilize EMR software efficiently for accurate documentation.
• Strong commitment to staying current with research-based physical therapy practices and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Expertise in utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercise interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
