Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and create customized therapy plans to meet their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions using a comprehensive range of techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on injury prevention.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure quality care and sufficient one-on-one interaction with each client.
• Implement evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and enhance functional abilities.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure continuity of care.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
