Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and design individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities appropriate for each patient.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and home programs to promote self-management.
• Document patient progress accurately and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure collaborative care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and actively engaging in community outreach initiatives.
• Utilize our electronic health records system to manage patient documentation, treatment plans, and billing efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position entails working with a wide spectrum of patient demographics, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
