Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, employing standardized tools and clinical judgment to inform treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to address specific client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and referral sources to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients, maintaining a multidisciplinary outlook.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to assist clients in acute distress or crisis situations, employing immediate and compassionate responses to stabilize emotional challenges.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programming to promote mental health knowledge and reduce stigma, leveraging local resources to enhance community partnerships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing chronic mental health issues, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and psychosocial stressors. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
